If I could give it Zero stars I would. Stay away from this sub contractor and Deck builders of Kansas City. They are horrible with customer service. To have an appointment for an estimate and change the date is one thing but to NOT show up at the next appointment is another. Then when I went to send a text since he was a no show, and do the right thing by going to the schedule to change or cancel, I see they had canceled it already without letting me know. If this is how they do customer service for an estimate, I can only imagine how horrible it must be to get them to come back out for any rework or warranty repair. Apparently Deck Builders of Kansas City and Spray Tech do not value customers. Buyer beware!

Deck Builders of Kansas City built a pergola over our deck. Dustin and his crews were great to work with. Great communication through out the project. The pergola turned out great. I would highly recommend them.

Great work and came in cheaper than other quotes. Sent a architect to help design exactly what we wanted with our limited space.

We were ready to put a new deck in and some of the quotes we got were outrageous. This company asked what our budget was and then gave us a bunch of options. So happy with the results and they got it done really fast to.

We absolutely love our new deck! We just had a cookout with friends and family for a BBQ and everyone complimented us on how great it looked. The Deck Builders of Kansas City did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new deck!
